Our brewery and processes are on the traditional pre-industrial side. We use a single-step infusion mash and boil in a direct fire copper kettle. Our resulting ales and lagers are mostly Continental, British, and post-modern American. The myriad of malts and hops we play with come from Europe and North America in our never-ending pursuit of delicious beer.



Come visit us! New Tasting Room Now Open Wednesday through Friday 4-9pm, Saturday 1-9pm, and Sunday 1-8pm. Twelve beers on draught and two on a rotating cask system. It’s a “bring your own snacks” unless we have the occasional food truck parked out front which you can check by calling us or going to our Events Calendar on our FaceBook page. We gladly fill other breweries 64oz or 32oz growlers as well as having our own Moonlight Logo Growlers. If you are looking for 1/4bbl kegs for your home or event, please contact our friends at BeerCraft in Rohnert Park. We please ask that if you have a group of 8 or more, please contact the taproom via email or phone for a confirmation of date and arrival to ensure an awesome experience. Our intention is not to take over the world. We just want to brew (and drink) great beer. While we always brew six standard styles, our ADHD assures there will also always be a special release, or two or three. You can surely find us on tap in the North Bay and now in taprooms in Santa Clarita and Humboldt County. Looking for 16oz kegs? You can find 4-packs of Death & Taxes at the brewery during taproom hours and various local and Bay Area accounts. Just ask the informative and friendly bartender if they sell our cans to-go!
