Our brewery and processes are on the traditional pre-industrial side. We use a single-step infusion mash and boil in a direct fire copper kettle. Our resulting ales and lagers are mostly Continental, British, and post-modern American. The myriad of malts and hops we play with come from Europe and North America in our never-ending pursuit of delicious beer.

Come Visit Us in the Brewery’s New Taproom! Open Thurs. & Fri 4-9, Sat.1-9 & Sun.1-8! Twelve Moonlight Beers on Draught and Two Rotating Cask Ales. If you have a group of 8 or more please contact the taproom via email or phone so that we can make sure that your group has a relaxing and memorable experience. If you can’t stay long we carry 64oz & 32oz growlers that you can purchase with a fill. If your growler stock has reached it’s limit we also fill pre-cleaned outside growlers. If you are looking for 1/4bbl kegs for your home or event please contact our friends at BeerCraft in Rohnert Park. Outside food is welcomed and encouraged but also check our social media for any guest food trucks on the weekend. Our intention is not to take over the world. We just want to brew (and drink) great beer. While we always brew six standard styles, our ADHD assures that there will always also be a special release, or two or three. You can surely find us on tap in the North Bay and now in taprooms in Santa Clarita and Humboldt County. Looking for togo beer? Our Death&Taxes Black Lager was canned for the first time on March 26th and are being sold inside our taproom, at our local retail accounts and a couple far off locations in the City.
