The Brewing Process
When Beer Chooses YOU!
Our brewery and processes are on the traditional pre-industrial side. We use a single-step infusion mash and boil in a direct fire copper kettle. Our resulting ales and lagers are mostly Continental, British, and post-modern American. The myriad of malts and hops we play with come from Europe and North America in our never-ending pursuit of delicious beer.

Our humble little taproom is open Fridays 4p-8p, Saturdays 2p-8p, and Sundays 2p-8p. Take home beer is available in Growler (64oz.) and Growlette (32oz.) sizes. Stay a minute and get in on the conversations happening around you. Either way our beers seem to wakeup memories the moment they hit the nose and travel over the tastebuds. When that happens it encourages great conversation and community which we find pretty damn cool. Our intention is not to take over the world. We just want to brew (and drink) great beer. While we always brew six standard styles, our ADHD assures that there will always also be a special release, or two or three. We don’t bottle or can our beer, and you can surely find us on tap in the North Bay and randomly at a few, slightly more distant places.
