Our brewery and processes are on the traditional pre-industrial side. We use a single-step infusion mash and boil in a direct fire copper kettle. Our resulting ales and lagers are mostly Continental, British, and post-modern American. The myriad of malts and hops we play with come from Europe and North America in our never-ending pursuit of delicious beer.

TAP ROOM

New Taproom Coming Soon!!! In the meantime we have created a temporary taproom inside the brewery! Open to the public Friday’s 4pm-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 2pm-8pm. We have our own stainless steel growlers for to-go beer or we’ll fill outside growlers. If you are looking for 1/4bbl kegs for your home or event please contact our friends at BeerCraft in Rohnert Park. On the rare occasion that we have a food truck, outside food is welcomed and encouraged. We have 6 taps currently. 4 of which are rotating and two that are always Death and Taxes and Reality Czeck. Our intention is not to take over the world. We just want to brew (and drink) great beer. While we always brew six standard styles, our ADHD assures that there will always also be a special release, or two or three. You can surely find us on tap in the North Bay and now in taprooms in Santa Clarita and Humboldt County. Looking for togo beer? Our Death&Taxes Black Lager was canned for the first time on March 26th and are being sold inside our taproom, at our local retail accounts and a couple far off locations in the City.
