Santa Rosa beer lovers unite. February is upon us, which means the 2026 Beer Passport kicks off! Check in to 19 participating Santa Rosa breweries/taprooms including Moonlight Brewing. Support your local brewery, try a new place, find a new favorite beer or 3! Keep your eyes peeled for our full event and beer release schedule starting this week. We'll have food trucks daily, live music and a new beer released every Saturday in February!
Saturday February 7: We'll be tapping a keg of BONEY FINGERS at 12 PM along with the release of our English-style Pale Ale WAX & WANE. 4.3% ABV. Pale gold, with a creamy off-white head, the soft bready malt makes sure you know it's there, balanced by a notably earthy, floral hop presence. Wax & Wane will be released on draft, in cans as well as cask so make sure that you come in early to snag one as soon as the cask is tapped. Music by: The Icicles. Food by: Los Flippin Tacos
Saturday February 14: Come celebrate Valentines Day with the Moonlight crew. We'll be releasing our first ever terpene infused beer, DIESEL WHISPER. 6.1% ABV. Beer should not be loud, It should be a provocative whisper, but not all whispers can be heard and need some added fuel to incite them. Two stage DDH Provocative Whisper Pale Ale brewed with Strata and Chinook T-90, CGX and Abstrax Quantum with a seductive lisp of Super Sour Diesel cannabis terpene oil. THIS BEER CONTAINS NO CBD, NO THC, OR ANY OTHER FUNNY BUSINESS. Just water, malt, hops, yeast and a little terpene boost that will leave you thirsty for more. Music by: Juke Tannis. Saturday February 21: The biggest and best release of them all. It was a bone-chillingly cold day in hell, pigs flew, toilets flushed backwards and meteors fell from the sky when we decided to submit to the opacity... the fruity, velvety fuzz.. and in 2026 AD, brew our first ever haze dogger. THE HAZY 7.1% ABV. Featuring, Citra Cryo, Idaho 7, Freestyle & CGX Riwaka and Brewers Gold Hops. We'll be opening early @ 11 AM to host the Beer City USA Marathon post-party shindig. You won't want to miss this one. Music by: School of Rock and Jimbo Trout. Food by: Patty's Mexican and The Spot.
Saturday February 28: Rounding out our FeBREWary month long parrty will be the release of RIWAKA LAGER. 5.2% ABV. The latest installment of our smash series, this beer uses only one malt and one hop, featuring Riwaka from New Zealand. Think big stone fruit and tropical citrus with an earthy, herbal balance.
