Back in December we had the pleasure of heading down to San Diego and brewing a D-lightful Black IPA with our friends at @Societebrewing. We wanted to do something that combined characteristics we jointly felt both our breweries are known for and when we boiled it down, we landed on roast and hop aroma respectively. It seemed only fitting when it came time to brew our batch here in Santa Rosa it be fermented with our house lager yeast. Collab beers are always a treat but it has been an especially special experience working with Societe. The end result is something incredibly unique while remaining  familiar and approachable.
