As the Old Combine runs out, the next special beer will be an un-hopped ale flavored with Redwood tips. Those are the fresh year’s growth tips from Redwood trees. A few were harvested in Mendocino COunty, but most were harvested here at the brewery.
Stiil no plans to distribute to further regions as the brewery is currently at (or beyond) capacity.

Brian- Just wanted to say thanks for all the good brews over the years… I’ve drank tons of
D&T over the years in SF, recently I’ve been going to Monks Kettle and have had some of your other beers, including the one with redwood tips, which was superoutstanding… never had a redwood beer before.
